Valentino opens flagship store in London by David Chipperfield

Valentino adds a chic new store to its portfolio and the results are simply stunning.

Luxury fashion house, Valentino has opened its flagship boutique in London. Located on 39, Old Bond Street, the new must-see store stretches across several floors and is part of the brand's new global expansion. The design concept is the result of a collaboration between Creative Directors, Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli, which celebrates British architect, David Chipperfield and will be present in all its new stores worldwide.

Utilising luxurious materials like timber, terrazzo and marble, the store follows a minimalist theme, opting for contemporary simplicity rather than grand opulence. The main doors, along with the staircase and the elevator are covered in rich oak while the terrazzo walls add further texture to the space.

The London-based boutique consists of the complete collection of womenswear, accessories and fragrances and enhances the shopping experience with its exclusive VIP area, which is available for customers who prefer a more private and opulent in-store service.
