Known for its fabulous, ever-changing retail environs, dover street market in London has once again meticulously shuffled the indoor scenery to present the many new s/s 2013 collections. Called tachiagari - or 'beginning' in japanese - the biannual change of decorum involves brilliantly curated new spaces that has even seen a complete overhaul of some. So, what can you expect next time you drop by? In the store's basement section artist Graham Hudson has created open system, an installation that references his previous show at tate modern and which incorporates the sneaker space and idea books corner. Beginning on the ground floor and descending into the event space is a piece by andy hillman for fred perry's 60th anniversary customization project, featuring an oversized speaker.

The entire third floor has been revamped by creative director rei kawakubo and now features cool spaces within it for fashion brands simone rocha, alexander mcqueen, lanvin as well as a brand new saint laurent in-store design concept by hedi slimane, especially conceptualized for dover street market. Also to be found here is Hillman's installation third is primate pile up, featuring an oversized gorilla. Alongside original and returning collections, the tachiagari also allows for new designers to be introduced. For the coming season these include Daniel Andresen, Jonathan Saunders, Lee Roach, Marvielab and Yang Li. happy shopping! location: 17-18 dover street
