sydney: jac + jack store opening
jac + jack is an australian label founded in 2004 by jac hunt and lisa dempsey. the duo started out designing a collection of luxurious basics for women, and gradually expanded their offerings to menswear and eyewear. Jac + jack stores already operates two stores down under and has just added in sleek third outlet in sydney's fashionable darlinghurst area.
The store is designed by interior architect George Livissianis and represents the brand’s typically understated approach to luxury and its emphasis on details. the retail space is subtly colour graded from light to dark, forming an ombre over the store interior presenting a shift in the dynamic of the space, quietly changing the environment as you move through the store.
The new jac + jack store stocks the label’s womenswear and menswear, alongside an evolving selection of imported and local brands, including cult denim labels current/elliott for women and superfine for men and more menswear from three over one. location: 126 oxford street [darlinghurst].
