Proposing a buying experience based solely on the sale is no longer sufficient. It is fundamental to recognize that people, often, do not buy goods, but meanings: they choose products and services for reasons that have to do with the emotional, psychological and psychosocial sphere.
The project of Pharmacie du Bien-être in Paris: a container of values, where the consumer no longer has the duty to go, but the desire and the pleasure of staying and where the purchase turns into an experience memorable.
CONCEPT
We thought of Pharmacie du Bien-être as a destination to be reached to live authentic experiences and emotions.
Thanks to a new project, we have transformed the consumer's buying experience, giving value back to the time spent in the pharmacy, through emotions, interaction and discovery.
