Max Mara has unveiled a new retail concept C R E A T I V A, a temporary installation at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. Open until January 2026, the 190-square-meter space invites visitors into the heart of Max Mara’s world, paying homage to the brand’s storied heritage and creative spirit. The moment you step into C R E A T I V A, you’re transported—not to the chic streets of Milan, but to the factory floors of Manifatture di San Maurizio, the legendary manufacturing hub that has been the soul of Max Mara since 1988. Industrial brass racks evoke motorized garment conveyors, while stacks of shipping crates and cork-and-plywood accents transform the retail space into an abstract homage to the factory’s craftsmanship. This isn’t merely a nod to Max Mara’s roots; it’s an invitation to witness the fusion of art, industry, and luxury that defines the brand.

As you explore the space, one colour dominates: camel. It’s a hue that has become as iconic as the brand itself, gracing Max Mara’s most beloved designs. The Teddy Bear Coat, Manuela, 101801, and Ludmilla—names that resonate with anyone who values enduring elegance—are displayed like works of art. These coats, celebrated for their impeccable tailoring and timeless minimalism, are more than garments; they’re investments, meant to accompany their wearers for years, if not decades. And here, in this factory-turned-gallery, their craftsmanship takes center stage.

To celebrate the Lunar New Year, Max Mara has reimagined its most iconic coats with a festive flair. The Teddy Bear Icon Coat and 101801 Icon Coat now debut in a vibrant red, symbolizing prosperity and joy. Intricate floral embroidery and gold-and-red buttons elevate these limited-edition pieces, infusing them with a touch of seasonal sophistication. But the collection doesn’t stop at coats. There are cozy knits adorned with intricate details, breezy dresses that exude effortless elegance, and t-shirts featuring playful floral “M” motifs. Each piece feels like a whisper of Max Mara’s Italian heritage, blending refinement with a touch of whimsy.
