The newest boutique and spa EN merges elements of Japanese zen and Parisian chic under one roof. Paris-based creative studio
Archiee, headed by headed by Yusuke Kinoshita and Daisuke Sekine, created a minimalist space in dressed in tones of gold, brass and white while incorporating the circle into the overall design and furnishings: “en” meaning not just “beauty” in Japanese, but “circle” and “connection” as well.
Located in an 18th century building in Paris’ left bank, the venue’s structural elements were preserved, such as the stone vaulted basement spaces. Newer partitions, shelves and counters were added in, all in soft rounded forms to keep with the brand’s aesthetic. With reflections bouncing off the polished brass surfaces and the pared down presentation of the products, En Store becomes its own elegant and extraordinary world.
