C Wonder Boutiq in Manhattan - visual merchandising
C. Wonder took Manhattan, and the country, by storm last year when they opened their oversized green lacquered doors on Spring Street in New York City’s SoHo neighborhood.
The clothing, accessories, and home decor empire debuted its second Manhattan location—and new flagship—in the Time Warner Center last weekend, splashed with even more prints and colors. The shop is organized into themed areas, from the Psychedelic room with its silver-leaf shelving to the Moroccan area, which features cerulean walls, birdcages hanging from the ceiling, and glass beaded light fixtures.
C. Wonder’s newest store also includes a larger space devoted to the home, anchored by a custom stainless-steel range emblazoned in the brand’s signature “C” logo. Monograms, one of the brand’s key elements, are abundant at the new location, thanks to a selection of plates, mugs, cheese boards, and lacquered boxes—not to mention belt buckles—decorated in all letters of the alphabet.
While C. Wonder’s plush throws and pillows provide ample inspiration for New Yorkers to stay indoors this fall, surprise hits like their neon bikes (already an ELLE DECOR editor favorite) mean there’s no excuse not to take to the streets with style.
