Quiksilver Store made by retail architecture team Specialnormal
QUIKSILVER is a board-riding lifestyle label, which was born in Australia.
This is a new concept design store in Toyosu, Tokyo,Japan.
There are four different brands within a store : QUIKSILVER、ROXY、QSW、DC SHOES.
Old wooden materials, stones etc were used to express each brands, QUIKSILVER、ROXY、QSW、DC SHOES.
Since each brands have very strong characteristics, materials were chosen very carefully in order to express each brand's distinctive features, but at the same time we aimed to maintain unified atmosphere within the shop.
Some graphics related to each brands were placed on the top of the shelves in canvases.
Lighting fixtures made by rough-finished steel and custom-made surfboard with wooden grain
give some accents to the shop interior.
